Bungee is a great and fun way to get fit and burn calories. The bungee helps by reducing the pressure of your body weight on your joints making movements easier. It is also great cardio and endurance building. Leggings and Tennis Shoes recommended for bungee.

We currently use Sling Bungee equipment, which is a highly customizeable and comfortable system!
Please arrive to your First Bungee class 10-15 minutes early for harness fit and set up. Thank you
Bungee Sizes
- Can accommodate up to 305 pounds. Please be sure to fill out with weight form when booking a class so the bungee can be set up safely and customized to you!
